Being a teacher is who I am. It's hard for me to think of myself as something other than a teacher. Why am I thinking of this. Because I am 99.9% certain that I will not survive this year's budget cuts since I am not tenured in my school district. It's life. I knew this was going to happen and I planned on starting applications soon anyways.
So many things are going through my mind but the most important and prevalent one is that change is good. I do believe that change is good. I do want to settle down somewhere eventually. Maybe this is my chance to really go out and do something with my life. I'm not stopping at school systems when I look for applications. I am going to look at music organizations, charities and non profits. I also want to downsize what I have majorly. I feel like having massive yard sales this spring and summer!
